Aluminum carbon material thickness 100-200m/m

Thickness between 20-60m/m is needed. Multiple boards of different sizes put together will match the size of bottom and side wall of tundish.

A dry powder form of sealing mixer is to be mixed with water and then smear in the gap between boards.

A moisten clay form is to be used around the nozzle to stabilized the nozzle and prevent leakage.
